IN-PERSON AT THE SARAZEN STUDENT CENTER SIENA COLLEGE
Latham, NY
4:15-5PM KEYNOTE PRESENTATION AND BOOK SIGNING

Released in 2020: Women, Power, and AT&T: Winning Rights in the Workplace. This book, originally published in 2003, tells the story of how feminists, the government, and AT&T met in a challenging battle in 1970-73 that resulted in groundbreaking affirmative action in the corporate world. Read it to enjoy, to learn, and then to apply the lessons to today’s discrimination wherever it exists. My life included many careers: Starting in 1963, I worked for Bell Telephone Laboratories, AT&T, New York Telephone, Bell Communications Research (Bellcore), and NYNEX, gaining experience in finance, line operations, sales and marketing, government relations, corporate planning, publications, and executive education. After I retired in 1990, I moved on to academia, farming, politics, local government, and writing. Dear Coach: Letters Home from WW II (2009) and Dear Woman of My Dreams (2016). Currently serving on the Mount Gretna Borough Council.
